Incentives include:

• Flexible work schedule and hours. Teachers can work two to four days. Main Lesson teachers work from 8:20 AM to 1:20 PM. Specialty Teachers usually work two hours a week.

• Main Lesson Teachers receive free tuition for their children for Main Lesson classes.

​

• Freedom of choice. You may choose what is right for your body.

• Teachers are paid a competitive hourly wage and are also paid to prepare for and plan lessons.

Teacher Requirements:

​

• Main Lesson Teachers should have a Waldorf background and some Waldorf training.

​

• CA Teaching Credential or Waldorf Certification

​

• Specialty Teachers should be a master in their field with training, experience, and proficiency. 

​

• Our teachers must read the books Simplicity Parenting by Kim John Payne and Free to Learn by Peter Gray.

 

• Teachers must be passionate about nature and comfortable teaching outside, rain or shine.
